Thank you for your interest in the products we offer! Our store has recently launched and in its initial phase of operations. We're learning the ins and outs of ecommerce and still working on fulfillment out of the country, but this is coming soon!

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Most product is shipped within 24 hours of your purchase. Some items are coming direct from manufacturer and delivery times may vary.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
RV Odd Couple Returns Policy
RV Odd Couple has a money back, 30-day return policy. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do what we can to ensure this. There are a few reasons why a product may be returned for a refund, and all returns must follow the proper return procedure.
Gift Certificates are not returnable, please be careful when selecting a gift certificate and consider the expiration date when planning to give a gift.
- All returns must have an RMA number issued by RV Odd Couple before they are returned. Contact us to request a return.
- The 30-day policy goes into effect the day the product is delivered.
- After 30 days, defective products must be returned by the customer to the manufacturer according to their product warranty.
- We do not take returns of products that have been installed or that show any sign of wear. All products must be in like-new condition with no marks, fading, adhesives, or evidence of use.
- When shipping returns, customers are encouraged to insure the shipment. Customers are responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipment.
- We do not take returns of products that are missing the original retail packaging or if there is writing or postage on the retail packaging.
- Refunds will be issued 7-10 business days after the product has been received by RV Odd Couple.
- RV Odd Couple reserves the right to refuse a return or add a return fee if the product is not returned according to this policy.
Defective Product (100% refund within 30 days)
- The product has a manufacturer's defect.
- This does not include a product that is in working condition but is simply not working for your situation.
- Customer will receive a full refund of product purchase price.
- RV Odd Couple will send a return label for shipping.
Unopened and Unused (100% refund within 30 days)
- The product has not been opened and is being returned as it was received.
- Customer will receive a full refund of purchase price.
- The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping. There should be no writing or stickers placed on the retail package.
Opened Product in Like-New Condition (90% refund within 30 days)
- The product has been opened but is in the condition in which it was received. All parts are included, and the product/parts/manuals are in the original retail packaging in like-new condition.
- Customer will receive a refund of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee.
- If you received free shipping for your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping. There should be no writing or stickers placed on the retail package.
